In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Law), I give my unconditional consent to Finflow Ltd, represented by the Director D.A. Aitmakhanov. Address: Kazakhstan, Astana, Mangilik El, 55/8 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator or the Website Administration) and third parties as provided by law, for the collection and processing (including transfer) in ways not contradicting the law, for the purposes regulated by this Consent, in connection with the emergence of existing or future relations with the Partnership, of the following personal data about me, as well as changes and/or additions to them recorded on electronic, paper and/or other physical media, including but not limited to:

1) first name, last name, patronymic (if any); citizenship; individual identification number (IIN); data of identity document; date and place of birth; portrait image (photograph); gender; nationality; signature.

2) documents confirming the specified information: data on actual place of residence; data on the address of registration; contact information (phone numbers, email address, etc.); certificate of no criminal record, certificate of status in medical organizations.

3) Company name, email address, phone number;

4) In exceptional cases upon request, the following information: financial data from payment systems, bank statements, data from 1C-Accounting.

5) other information at the discretion of the personal data subject that I consider necessary to disclose.

I am informed that the collection and processing (including transfer) of personal data is carried out for the purpose of initiating and maintaining informational and other relationships that may arise in the future, throughout the entire period of their duration, in accordance with the law. Personal data may be provided to state authorities: tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, security agencies, courts, migration services, statistical agencies, military registration and enlistment offices, social security agencies, pension funds, local executive bodies, etc.

Responses to requests from other organizations and institutions within their authority are provided to the extent that does not disclose an excessive amount of personal information.

I confirm that:

1) The personal data, including surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), contact information (phone number, email address), and portrait image (photograph), are publicly accessible, i.e., access to them is unrestricted;

2) I will not have any claims against Finflow Ltd regarding the collection and processing (including transfer) of my personal data in the future, provided that Finflow Ltd complies with the requirements of the Law;

3) I have read and agree with the Privacy Policy, which establishes the list and procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data;

4) I have been informed of the responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information;

5) I have read the text of this consent and have no additions, comments, or objections;

6) I am informed that in case of refusal to sign this Consent, Finflow Ltd has the right to refuse further interaction with its information products;

7) I am informed that in the event of withdrawal of this Consent based on my written statement, Finflow Ltd has the right to terminate any interaction with me.

If the user expresses their consent to the collection and processing of data by clicking a button on the platform, this consent is considered obtained in electronic form and is equivalent to written consent on paper.
